What is the lifetime of a DripDrop Carbon Gravity Waterfilter?
We guarantee an effective and safe performance till 1500 liters (per filter) of filtration or 8 months use. After this lifetime you can order new waterfilters from our webshop.

Like any utensils, we recommend scrubbing and cleaning periodically (every 20 days).
It is best to clean the Stainless Steel components of your DripDrop Waterfiltration System by using dishwasher soap and gently scrubbing the components clean.
Stainless Steel components of your DripDrop Waterfiltration System can be cleaned by using warm water and a mild detergent. Please make sure to remove the DripDrop Carbon Gravity Filters before using detergent.
We recommend to clean both DripDrop Carbon Gravity Filters and Stainless Steel components of DripDrop Waterfiltration System every 20 days to keep it hygienic.
Should I clean the DripDrop Carbon Gravity Filters regularly?
Like any utensils, we recommend scrubbing and cleaning periodically (every 20 days).
Clean the DripDrop Carbon Gravity Filters regularly by removing them from the DripDrop Waterfiltration System safely first.
Run it under warm running water and scrub it with a soft toothbrush.
Please note not to use soap or any detergents while cleaning the DripDrop Carbon Gravity Filters.
